The Case Manager is responsible for the provision of home-based services, case management, as well as direct intervention services to youth and their families and/or therapeutic treatment parents across the state of Alaska. Duties include but are not limited to:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Case Management Supervisor, case managers are responsible for implementing appropriate treatment strategies and for timely and satisfactory documentation.
The Case Manager adheres to standards and regulations as set forth by the agency, the Joint Commission, OCS licensing, DBH and Medicaid.
